A full photo shoot of your home or holiday rental, including edited images and styling support based on the existing situation. We look at what is already there and improve it with small, deliberate moves: plants, textiles, a set table, light.

Styling + Photography package
Tailored after a first visit. The range runs from a soft upgrade — rooms and furniture are good, the look gets that final layer — to a full renovation including directing the painters and contractors. It always closes with the photo shoot.

Step by step
The eight phases of a project
Introduction
1 meetingWe start with a free conversation, on site or by video call. I want to know how you use the space, what stays, what can go and the atmosphere you are after. I tell you honestly what is possible and where I can make the difference.

First plan & budget
1–2 weeksI put the plan on paper: layout per room, what we tackle and in which order. It comes with a clear budget, split per item — furniture, textiles, lighting, bespoke work and labour. You know exactly where you stand before anything is ordered. We only continue once you approve both the plan and the budget.

Moodboard & concept
1–2 weeksColours, materials, textures and reference images come together in one image per room. You see the atmosphere before anything is bought. One feedback round is included: we adjust where needed until it feels right.

Selection & sourcing
2–4 weeksI source the furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories that belong to the concept — from suppliers I know, and from markets and vintage finds where that makes it better. Where standard sizes do not work, I draw bespoke pieces and request samples and swatches.

What I need from you

Shopping list
1 weekEverything lands on one list: what, where, how many, price and lead time. Fully transparent, so you see exactly where your money goes. You can leave the whole list to me or buy parts yourself — that just makes the planning a little tighter.

External support
runs alongsidePainters, upholsterers, electricians, plasterers or handymen: where needed I bring them in and direct them. They get colour codes, heights and details from me on paper, so the result matches the design exactly. You never have to mediate between parties.

Delivery plan
4–12 weeksNothing arrives at once: a sofa takes eight weeks, lighting two, bespoke work sometimes ten. So I build a delivery schedule per room, showing what lands when, where it is stored in between and when fitters arrive. Everything works towards one fixed styling date, so your home is not a building site for months.

Frequently asked questions
- How do we set a budget?
- In the second phase. After the first visit I translate your wishes into a realistic budget per room, split into furniture, lighting, textiles, custom work and finishing. You decide where to invest and where to hold back before anything is ordered.
- What does the photography package cost?
- €1,200 per property. That includes preparation and a shot list, the shoot on location, styling support with the pieces already there, professionally edited images and usage rights for rental platforms, your website and social media.
- How do you handle different delivery dates?
- With a delivery schedule. Custom furniture, upholstery and imported pieces all have their own lead times, so deliveries are grouped into phases and the furnishing days are planned after the last critical delivery. You always know what arrives when.
- Do you also direct painters and contractors?
- Where that is part of the assignment, yes — I brief them on colours, materials and detailing and check the work on site. I do not carry out building work myself.
- Can you work remotely for a property in Tuscany?
- Partly. The design, moodboard, shopping list and delivery schedule can be done remotely with photographs and measurements. Furnishing days and the photo shoot happen on location.
