About
I design interiors that feel like the people who live in them, and I photograph them myself. Light, space and story are the three things I always start from.
I trained first as a photographer and then as an interior designer and stylist. That combination shapes everything I do: I design a room while already seeing how it will be experienced — and how it will read in an image.
For four years I worked as a senior stylist at Lukkien on photoshoots and television commercials, for brands whose interiors had to be right in a single frame. Since 2016 I have worked independently, with clients in the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy — private homes, offices and, increasingly, holiday rentals bought as an investment.
I work hands-on. I make the design, source the furniture, brief the painters and contractors where that is part of the assignment, and I am there on the furnishing days. The project closes with a full photo shoot, so you leave with images you can use straight away.

Professional background
Photography, interior design and styling are three separate professions. I trained in all three, and they meet in one way of working — from spatial plan and materials to styling and the final images.

01 · Photography
A photography degree at Technova College, 5+ years of studio work and 3+ years of interior photography. So sightlines, materials and lighting are chosen during the design to work in daily life and on camera.
02 · Interior design
A bachelor in Interior Concept, Creative & Stylist at Artemis Academy and independent practice since 2016 across the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. You get one reasoned plan: layout, colour, materials, light and budget in balance.
03 · Commercial styling
Four years as senior stylist at Lukkien on photoshoots and TV commercials for well-known brands. One continuous line from design and briefing to furnishing, styling and the final shoot.
