Holiday rental interiors: designed, furnished, styled and photographed
For owners and investors with a holiday home in Tuscany. One trajectory from interior concept to the photographs that go onto your listing — because the interior and the images together decide what a property earns.
A holiday home is not a private house with different bedding. Guests arrive with expectations set by photographs, use the house hard for a week and leave a review. The interior has to work for all three of those moments.
I take on the whole trajectory: interior concept, layout, colours and materials, furniture and lighting, accessories, the furnishing itself, the styling and the final photo shoot. Where painters or contractors are needed I brief and supervise them; the building work itself is not mine.
First impression
Guests decide in three photographs. The living room, the table and the main bedroom carry the listing, so they get the most attention and the most budget.
Guest experience
Enough seating for the number of beds, a table everyone fits around, good reading light, somewhere to put a suitcase. Comfort shows up in reviews.
Standing out
Most rentals in a region look alike. One clear character — materials, colour, a few strong pieces — is what makes a property memorable and lets you hold your price.
Practical and durable
Changeover days are brutal. Washable textiles, solid surfaces, spare linen, nothing fragile within reach — chosen so the interior still looks good in three seasons.

Photography package
A full photo shoot of your home or holiday rental, including edited images and styling support based on the existing situation. We look at what is already there and improve it with small, deliberate moves: plants, textiles, a set table, light.

Styling + Photography package
Tailored after a first visit. The range runs from a soft upgrade — rooms and furniture are good, the look gets that final layer — to a full renovation including directing the painters and contractors. It always closes with the photo shoot.

Frequently asked questions
- Does a holiday rental need a different interior from a private home?
- Yes. A rental has to survive changeover days, guests who do not know the house and photographs that decide the booking. That means robust materials, a layout that reads instantly, storage the cleaners can work with, and a first impression that stands out among the other listings.
- Do you also handle the photography for the rental listing?
- Yes, and that is deliberately the final step. I photograph the finished interior myself, so the images match what guests actually walk into. The photography package is €1,200 per property.
- Can you work with a fixed budget?
- That is the normal way for rentals. In the second phase you get a budget split per room and per category, so you can decide where to invest — usually the living room, the kitchen table and the main bedroom, because those carry the listing.
- What do you not do?
- I do not carry out building work, and I do not manage bookings or rental platforms. I design, furnish, style and photograph — and I brief and supervise painters and contractors where that is part of the assignment.
